Community Health Worker Retention Management Proposal

This project addresses the problem of high attrition among community health workers and offers an evidence-based method of management and workforce well-being. Several options are considered resulting in a comprehensive strategy that includes structured onboarding, mentorship, supportive supervision, workload management, career development, compensation review, and employee engagement. A 12-month implementation and evaluation plan shows how management strategies can be translated into measurable organizational change.
